50% of the weekly rental is due to reserve any weeks. The remaining 50% and the security deposit are due within 30 days of the lease start date. 

We require a $1,000 security deposit on all weekly rentals which is returned to you via check within 14 days of the end of your lease if there are no damages. If there are additional damages to the property from you or your guests, you will be liable.

Check-In is at 3:00 pm on Saturday and Check-Out is at 10:00 am on Saturday. 

Linens are not included, you can contact @shore service to arrange for linens or you can provide your own. 

Beach tags and beach chairs are not provided.  You can contact @shore service to provide chairs, umbrellas and all your beach needs.  Kids under the age of 12 are free.  Weekly or daily tags can be purchased as you walk onto the beach with cash.
